Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Noble Vision, INC. ("Noble Vision", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of https://noblevision.com, including any associated subdomains, web applications, client demonstration dashboards, and APIs (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

2. Description of Services

Noble Vision provides enterprise-grade AI automation, autonomous multi-agent orchestration, cloud infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity intelligence platforms. We deliver client-specific proof-of-concepts, prototype dashboards, and commercial deployments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our demonstration environments or Services at our discretion with or without prior notice.

3. Accounts and Third-Party Authentication (Google Sign-In)

Certain features of our Services or client portals may require account registration or single sign-on (SSO) authentication. If you choose to log in using Google OAuth 2.0 or another identity provider:

• You authorize us to verify your identity using the profile data provided by Google (name, email address, avatar).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately at ian@noblevision.com of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
• You may disconnect our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account Security settings.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services, including their original source code, architectures, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics, as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to Noble Vision, INC. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms or in a signed enterprise master services agreement (MSA), no part of the Services or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

When accessing or using our Services, you agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying models of any Noble Vision platform.
• Use the Services to develop a competing product or service without prior written agreement.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security features, rate limits, or role-based access restrictions.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious code.
• Harvest, mine, or scrape data using automated tools without authorization.
• Use the Services in violation of any applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.

6. Third-Party Services & Google API Integration

Our Services may integrate with third-party tools, cloud service providers (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS), and external APIs. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those providers.

Our use of Google API Services is subject to and compliant with the Google API Services User Data Policy. We do not transfer, sell, or disclose Google user data for advertising purposes or generalized AI model training without affirmative opt-in consent.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOBLE VISION, INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that demonstration portals, AI models, or automated responses will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure from all security threats.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NOBLE VISION, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably consent that the state and federal courts located in Virginia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
